. Develop outline with editor for each edition of the newsletter. 2. Contact staff and volunteers for input and articles for newsletter. 3. Visit the Biblioteca to see what events are up and coming and that will be of interest to members. 4. Gather information and/or write article on the events that were held in the previous month including attendance, success, performers, etc.
5. Obtain new dates and times of regular events movies in the Teatro, children programs.. 6. Maintain contact with Editor and Volunteer coordinator regarding deadlines, translation, advising members, transferring newsletter to web page, obtaining assistance of staff and others. 7. Help proof and edit newsletter for accuracy and grammar. The goal is to have a monthly newsletter. Time required each month is approximately 2-3 hours per week.
